ANGINA PECTORIS

Angina pectoris is a crushing or gripping pain in the chest, caused by insufficient blood passing through the coronary arteries of the heart. Some causes of angina pectoris are exertion or excitement, this may be physical effort, stress or increased circulation required for the digestion of a meal, but is particularly caused by cold, windy weather.

Suffering from angina does not mean a person has to live the life of an invalid. Simple changes in the way of life often reduce the symptoms considerably. Some life changing ways are:
